Neha Thakore, Chief Operating Officer at Avik Pharmaceutical, brings over 25 years of industry expertise to her role. Under her leadership, Avik has strengthened its position as a compliant manufacturer of corticosteroids. Inspired by a family legacy rooted in pharma innovation, Neha combines strategic foresight with a commitment to quality and global standards. Also serving as Vice Chairperson of the IDMA API Committee, she continues to drive Avik toward sustained growth and industry excellence.

Anant Thakore

Mr. Anant Thakore, a law graduate, entered the pharma industry during the License Raj era and played a pivotal role in shaping pro-industry policies. As IDMA President, he promoted globalization by encouraging Indian API manufacturers to engage in international trade. He grew his business into a diversified group and has mentored many across the sector. In recognition of his contributions, IDMA honoured him as "Chief Mentor of the Year" in 2016.
