Neha Thakore, Chief Operating Officer at Avik Pharmaceutical, brings over 25 years of industry expertise to her role. Inspired by a family legacy rooted in pharma innovation, Neha combines strategic foresight with a commitment to quality and global standards. Also serving as Vice Chairperson of the IDMA API Committee, she continues to drive Avik toward sustained growth and industry excellence.
