Drug Description

Mometasone furoate monohydrate belongs to the therapeutic category of corticosteroids. More specifically, it is a topical corticosteroid used to treat various skin conditions characterized by inflammation, itching, and redness, such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. It can also be used to treat nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps.
